History

1989 – 1996 Northsound Radio.

Creative, copywriting and radio commercial production.  Voiceover training, jingle writing, funny ads, straight copy, sales – great Scottish radio commercials.

1996 – 2006 Commercial Producer Manager at Grampian Television.

I launched the Commercial Production department for North Scotland, handling over 200 television commercials per year. Specialising in small to medium businesses I provided the complete service from advice, price and storyboard to delivery of station copy and broadcast.

2006 – 2008 STV Commercial Production Manager.

Dividing my time between Glasgow and Aberdeen, I was responsible for producing over 300 TV campaigns per year across Scotland. Animation, live action, graphic design, voiceover scripts, compliance. Cars, furniture, safari parks, finance, restaurants, I’ve done them all.

2008 Creative Director at AVC Media Enterprises.

Copywriting, creative, production, 3D animation for offshore and onshore.

Now I’m a freelance producer and can bring all this TV and copywriting expertise to your production or business at a great price.
